In terms of operational stability, the castings undergo aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, resulting in a dense structure with deformation resistance. They can withstand the vibration and impact generated when machining equipment operates at high speeds, reducing displacement deviations during equipment operation, lowering the component wear rate, and extending the service life of the equipment.

Furthermore, targeting the application scenario of the fit between castings and transmission components, we have optimized the surface roughness of the castings to improve their fit with bearings and guide rails.
